On a blog that I was reading, the author of it asked the question, "How do you verify that you are a writer?" Do you go by number of pages completed? Word count?
This made me think. What makes me think I am a writer? My answer came to me: I don't why I am. I just know that I am. It's a part of who I am as a person. Honestly, if I went by pages or words I would feel terribly discouraged. I blog and journal regularly (if I didn't keep a journal to write stuff in I think I'd go mad), and I try to write in a story at least once a week, but sometimes it just doesn't happen. What a relief it is to say that, nonetheless -
I AM A WRITER.

I think writers are people who write with passion. No matter what they are writing, be it poems, stroies, blogs, etc. they are passionate in what they do and they just do it through writing. Just like an artist is sometihng who shows their passion through art forms...
I have loved to write ever since I was little girl. And recently I have taken up song writing. Writing will always be in my life, no matter where I am, or what I do.

Hurm, that is very weird Cristina. :) I can see everything perfectly...I really don't know what to say...
Maybe it is just my computer because I still can not see anything. Does anyone else have this problem? It could be me... I will see if I can do anything about it.
Brady says try erasing your cookies. I don't know if that'll help though 'cause you've probably tried that already. Traci is encountering the same problem. Let me know if it persists . . .

A writer... That is soo cool! You can well, publish a book or some thing! That is soo cool! Here's a tip: You gotta show your talent! That's something alot of people have trouble with. Publish a short story in a magazine... Make a book... You should try publishing something you wrote!!
Oh yeah, I forgot. You can write stories on a web called "fanfiction.net."
