Today we drove past a cemetery and my window was rolled down and the smell of fresh grass hit me like wham and I closed my eyes and was just gulping air in, as deep and full of breaths as I could, for the entirety of the long block that took us by it. I almost cried; it was such a beautiful scent and I hadn't smelled it in so long.
